2. Is this CE credit?
Not yet. The certification is built to CE-ready standards from inception, with formal CE approval planned as a future phase.


3. What does the CSR receive upon completion?
Participants receive the credential Certified in CSR Professional Foundations™, issued by The Insurance Reset™ with a unique ID and completion date.


4. What does the agency receive?
Agencies receive enrollment and completion confirmation only. Individual assessment results and participant data are not shared.


5. How long does access last?
Participants receive 12 months of access from the date of enrollment.


6. Is this therapy, coaching, or HR counseling?
