We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our business, website, communications, payment processing, learning systems, Community platform, customer relationship management systems, analytics, or other business functions. These providers may process information as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

CSR Professional Community™ and Participant Privacy

Participation in the CSR Professional Community™ may involve information that members voluntarily provide through their profiles, discussions, posts, questions, or other Community activity.

Agency sponsorship does not provide an agency with access to a sponsored member's private Community discussions, Ask TIR™ activity, Faith & Focus™ participation, prayer requests, or other protected member activity solely because the agency sponsored that individual's participation.

Information that a participant voluntarily chooses to post in areas visible to other Community members may be visible according to the settings and structure of the applicable Community space.

CSR Professional Foundations Certification™

Information associated with participation in the CSR Professional Foundations Certification™ may include enrollment information, completion status, assessment-related records, and credential information necessary to administer the Certification.

When an agency sponsors an individual's Certification participation, the agency may receive enrollment and completion information as provided under the applicable program terms. Assessment scores and private learner activity are not provided to sponsoring agencies unless expressly authorized or required by applicable law.

Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain.

No website, electronic transmission, or information-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should use appropriate care when submitting information electronically.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business and program records, to fulfill contractual obligations, and to comply with applicable legal requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is maintained.

Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request that we review, correct, or delete certain personal information associated with you, subject to applicable legal, contractual, recordkeeping, and operational requirements.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications.

Depending on where you live and applicable privacy law, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. We will respond to qualifying privacy requests as required by applicable law.
