Licensed P&C Insurance Agent, Entrepreneur, Mother, and Founder of the CALLED™ Framework.

For over 25 years, I’ve been a licensed property & casualty agent, a broker, and an entrepreneur. I’ve built companies from scratch, run a construction business, hit brick walls, and burned out more than once. Those valleys, though, became training grounds. In my most exhausted season, God met me with clarity: my life wasn’t supposed to be about hustling harder, it was about coming back to Him. Out of that revelation came the CALLED™ Framework.

Today, through Faith & Focus and The Insurance Reset™, I help leaders reconnect with Christ, hear His voice, and align their work with His purpose. I’m also an extremely proud mom to Corey in East Tennessee and Ashton in Arizona, a Cici to grandsons Braylen and Caiden, and a lover of humor, healing, and a good cup of coffee. Home base is Knoxville, Tennessee, but my mission spans industries and countries: helping people rediscover calling beyond the grind.

I didn’t step into ministry and leadership coaching because I needed another job. I stepped in because I couldn’t ignore the call. After decades of hustling in the insurance world and leading multiple businesses, I hit a wall of burnout and disillusionment. In that dark season, I surrendered my striving and began listening. That’s when God showed me a different way, one rooted in His truth, not in hustle culture. The CALLED™ Framework was born from that turning point.

Today I’m on a mission to help professionals and believers find the peace and clarity they’re missing. I believe every leader can reset their life and their work when they come back to Christ, audit their life, listen for direction, launch with purpose, empower with a Kingdom mindset, and deliver in obedience.
